1. Order Processing:


  • Order Confirmation - You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Cut-Off Time - Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing Time - Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Payment Requirement - Orders will not begin processing until payment has cleared.

  • Shipping Notification - A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

  • High-Demand Periods - During holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended.

    Tip - Place orders early in the week to avoid weekend-related delays.

2. Shipping Expectations:


  • Shipping Costs:

    • Free shipping on all orders over $90.

    • Orders under $90 pay shipping amount shown at checkout.

  • Packaging:

    • All orders are shipped in discreet, odour-proof, and tamper-evident packaging to ensure privacy and product safety.

  • Carriers:

    • We ship via Purolator Express and Canada Post Xpresspost.

    • Customers may select their preferred carrier at checkout (subject to availability).

    • In the event of service disruption (e.g., strike), we may substitute an alternative carrier.

    • Contact us before ordering if special arrangements are required.

  • Delivery times:

    • Delivery estimates begin after dispatch.

    • Typical delivery is 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

    • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

    • Delays may occur during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).

  • Tracking:

    • All shipments include tracking for transparency and peace of mind.

    • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear active following dispatch.

3. Delivery Restrictions:


  • Eligible Destinations:

    • We ship only to addresses within Canada.

    • We do not ship to hotels.

  • Legal Requirements:

    • Age verification with government-issued ID upon delivery is mandatory. Carriers will not release packages without verifying the recipient is of legal age.

    • The recipient can be someone other than the addressee/original purchaser.

    • A signature from the recipient may be required at the time of delivery.

  • Undeliverable Packages:

    • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed age verification, unavailability of addressee, or refused delivery, it may be returned to us.

4. Delivery Issues and Delays:


Lost Packages - If tracking does not update for 5 business days, we will open a trace with the carrier. If recovery is not possible, a replacement will be issued according to our Refund (Store Credit) & Reshipment Policy.

5. We Are Not Responsible For:


  • Carrier delays due to weather, logistical issues, industrial action, or regulatory checks.

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly.

  • Consequential losses or damages arising from shipping delays.
