You don't need to cancel unpaid orders - they won't be processed by us.
If you make a mistake, you can start over with a new order.
If you want us to cancel an order, drop us a line and we will sort it out.
How can I cancel my order after I've paid?
Order status is 'Processing':
It's still possible to cancel.
You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit.
Order status is 'Completed' - it's no longer possible to cancel an order.
Should you wish to cancel an order, contact us ASAP - sometimes things move very quickly (sometimes orders are packed and shipped 1 hour after payment).
