How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order is dispatched, the order status in our system will change from Processing to Completed.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number at this time.

There may be some lag with tracking - the online tracking page can take up to 24 hours to update.

This means your package may have left our depot long before tracking indicates that it has.

There can be lag with subsequent tracking updates as well.

Once a package has been picked up, tracking is managed by the shipper (we have no control over it).
