Orders are matched automatically by our system if the details you entered in the e-transfer match your order details.
You can check the status of your order in 'My Account' on our site (unless you checked out as a Guest).
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us shortly after the 'Order Status' changes.
If the 'Order Status' hasn't changed to 'Processing' after 24 hours, contact us.
