What details do I need to complete an Interac Bank transfer?

What information do I need from Grizzly to complete an e-transfer?

The three pieces of information you need to enter are:

  1. Your order number

  2. The transaction amount

  3. Our Interac email address

We use Autodeposit, which means:

  1. There's no need for security questions - deposits are processed automatically without needing a question/answer

  2. You'll see confirmation that we have Autodeposit set up each time you make a transfer to us

  3. Transfers should be automatically deposited into our account - if your banking says you're waiting on us to accept the transfer (the transfer status is Pending or Sent):

    1. Carefully check the transfer details you used are exactly the same as the ones provided at checkout

    2. Contact your bank and cancel the transfer if you made a mistake

    3. Contact us if the transfer details are correct, and ask to speak to a human agent
