What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Item damaged in transit? Here's what to do.

If a product arrives damaged and unusable:

  • You need to notify us within 72 hours of delivery

  • You need to provide:

    1. Your order number

    2. A description of the issue

    3. Photograph(s) of the damage (if illustrative)

    4. Photograph(s) of the outer packaging
      ​

Once the issue has been verified, we'll provide store credit to straighten things up.
