My product is defective. What can I do?

If a product arrives in a defective state:

  • You need to notify us within 72 hours of delivery

  • You need to provide:

    1. Your order number

    2. A description of the issue

    3. Photograph(s) of the defect (if illustrative)

  • We may offer troubleshooting help if an issue can be easily resolved

Once the issue has been verified, we'll provide store credit to straighten things up.
