If you've received a product you didn't order:
You need to notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
You need to provide:
Your order number
Photograph(s) of the incorrect item received
You may be asked to return the incorrect item (unused, sealed, and in its original packaging) before we proceed. Some store credit will be provided for your time.
Once the issue has been verified, we'll provide store credit to straighten things up.
