Free reshipping is not available if:
The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.
The recipient was unavailable during delivery (and failed to pickup package from carrier).
Delivery was refused.
In such cases, once a package is returned to us, you will need to pay postage to have the item shipped again. We will let you know how to do this at that time.
