What should I do if an item was missing from my package when it arrived?

If something you ordered was missing from your package at delivery, here's what to do.

If an item is missing from your package:

  • You need to notify us within 72 hours of delivery

  • You need to provide:

    1. Your order number

    2. Photograph(s) of the outer packaging

  • We may ask for additional information to help with verification

Once the issue has been verified, we'll provide store credit to straighten things up.
